CUSTOM GOWN ORDER PROCESS:

Our entire bridal collection is made to order, we do not start production until we receive the approval on the order from you and payment in full. Concerns with the finished garment must be addressed within 48 hours of receipt. No changes or cancellations are accepted after submitted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE.

SIZING:

Our custom garments are made to standard sizes and can be ordered in custom sizing for no additional fee. Please use our standard size chart to determine your correct size. Keli Bridal is not responsible for any alterations that may be necessary to any garment after delivery, unless it is a manufacturing flaw. Each will be addresses on a one on one basis.

FABRICS:

Please be advised that the color of the finished garment may differ slightly from the swatches due to different dye lots. If placing separate orders dye lot may vary. To avoid differing dye lots, we recommend placing the entire order in at the same time. For silks please note that due to its nature silk cannot be chemically treated enough to make it a pure white. The silk white is more of a creamy white. As our gowns are made in China, the workers do not speak English therefore some of the tags stating the material the gown is made in may be incorrect. If you have any questions please ask us. Most fabrics these days are blends, for example: satin, chiffon and organza are some examples of polyester blends. Therefore the tag may say polyester instead of satin, chiffon or organza. Silk blends should have a tag that says silk, however if there is an error please advise and we will look into it immediately.

STYLE MODIFICATIONS:

We specialize in making your wedding gown the gown of your dreams. We can assist you with any slight changes are made to the dress styles. These changes may not be shown in the photographs or descriptions on the website at the time of ordering. These may include placement of additional boning, length of skirt, bead pattern adjustments, style, placement, presence or absence of a strap.

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA):

All made to order garments have an ETA for expected arrival. These are estimates only and can vary due to postal, customs or production delays. We encourage customers to order bridal garments well in advance. We will make every effort possible to meet wear dates and accommodate rush orders. However, we are not responsible for items that do not arrive on time due to rush orders.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE:

We proudly ship worldwide! All buyers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs fees and import requirements etc. Please contact us for any special arrangements you would like to be made. All US orders are shipped from China using USPS. All Canadian orders are shipped form China via Purolator. Expedited shipping services and alternate couriers may be used per your request, additional fees may apply. Tracking numbers are provided for all items shipped. Insurance is optional for all gown purchases and is included in the shipping fees. By opting out of insurance you relinquish Keli Bridal from any liability of any replacement costs that may occur if the gown is lost in shipping.  Normal Shipping, the gown will arrive within 6-10 weeks.  Rush Orders, 4-6 weeks are is an additional charge of $75  Extreme Rush, if available, 2-4 weeks is an additional $100 (Due to customs of each country we can not guarantee ship dates if the gown is held in customs)

 All  All duty, taxes & custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding or formal wear over the Internet. We really want you to be happy with your purchase, and feel confident buying online. So please contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing.

Payment must be received at the time of order.
